The Bestway® 800 gal Flowcear™ Sand Filter is an environmentally friendly and highly efficient way to ensure that clean water continuously flows through your above ground pool. Compared to traditional filter pump systems, this sand filter is not only more cost-effective but also more durable as it uses silica sand instead of filter cartridges. Silica sand only requires replacement once every 3 years, as opposed to the bi-weekly replacements needed for filter cartridges.

The pump operates by directing pool water through a hose into the filtration system. The compact silica sand efficiently traps dirt and debris, allowing only clean water to be pumped back into the pool through a separate hose connected to the swimming pool inlet. When the pressure gauge indicates that the tank is full, simply turn the filter to its backwash setting to separate debris from the sand. Attach a waste hose and turn the rinse valve to flush out any collected filth and debris.

The Bestway® 800 gal Flowcear™ Sand Filter is suitable for pools ranging from 300 to 4,200 gallons and is a great upgrade from traditional filter pumps. It effectively filters pool water, trapping dirt and debris in a corrosion-resistant tank while a pre-filter strainer basket catches larger debris such as leaves and hair. The ChemConnect Dispenser maintains a stable level of chlorine for clean and healthy water throughout the pool.

This sand filter pump is not only efficient and cost-effective but also hassle-free to assemble. It arrives pre-assembled for added convenience and features a top flange clamp design with 360 degrees rotation for quick and easy installation. Compatible with most above ground pools, the filter comes with an adapter for pool valve diameters of 1.25 inches.
